We stopped in to have a quick bite after doing some shopping. My daughter had the flagstone burger and I had the Italian beef. We both had the delicious sweet potato fries. The food was good. The service was good. The atmosphere was cozy and sport bar meets old style bar. It was a nice place to grad a drink and have a meal.

A cozy place for good pub food and service. It's attached to Flagstone, a larger bar, which appears to open up later in the evening.

Come for the food, stay for a drink. Having eaten here a number of times, I find it better to call this a restaurant with a bar than a bar that serves food. They are always tweaking the menu, and in a good way. Everytime I've eaten here I've found a new favorite.

An institution in Geneva - good bar food and sandwiches and a great atmosphere.There is a pub right next door catering to a younger crowd. The 2 places seem to be coexisting.

My boyfriend and I tried this place and we both liked it. The only thing that I didn't like is that we weren't sure what to do when we first got there. I am used to a hostess greeting us and telling us where to sit. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Otherwise great service and awesome atmosphere.

Great little spot for lunch, a drink or coffee. The food is delicious and well priced, everything we had was great. Love the decor. Great service!

Good location, good food, a bit pricey.

Very charming little restaurant, with a long history in Geneva. A true staple to the town, and a place where family traditions have been long passed down. Its comfortable, and cozy, with food that makes us want to nap after.

I've been going to The Little Owl since the early 90's. Love their food & the atmosphere. The Friday fish fry has always been a favorite - and not just during lent! Surprised to see it is up for sale - I hope someone continues the tradition set by the Arbizzani family.

Used to be a cool place. They killed the atmosphere with the new decor. Who the heck paints tabletops white in a restaurant. None apoxy paint, can anyone say HEALTH DEPARTMENT

It is our go to restaurant. The food is pretty good, it is home, and affordable. Reminds me if pubs in London

Good food, good service, They do not rush you. Last Sunday we stayed for 2 hours visiting friends. Their owl burgers are among the best around.

Stopped in early afternoon to visit with some friends. Drinks were reasonably priced. Tried two appetizers; pickled chips and jalapenos. Both were good and serving size adequate. Nice interior, but would be tight for larger groups.

Despite the small place the overall experience was really good. the service was great. they were all very friendly and they got the food out very quickly. I had a burger with a fried egg on it and it was spectacular. I highly recommend it especially if you haven’t tried a burger with a fried egg on it before.

Excellent food with an fabulous side bar in downtown Geneva very close to the Fox River on the corner of Rt.31 & Main St. If you're going on the weekend and have more than 4 people you may want to make a reservation to get a good table..or you may have to wait. I've had just about everything on the menu and not been disappointed. Another nice feature is that they have a package good store in case you want to carry out beer or wine...with your food order. Very niceeeeeeee staff of workers and it's a good crowd of local residents. Check it out 😉😎

Always good food. A very good variety of sandwiches,soups and other entrees,and prices are more than fair. I really like their club sandwich and their ribeye steak sandwich. The serving sizes are bigger than average, and the food is high-quality,fresh and flavorful. Friends I've been with have been happy with their choices also - shrimp dishes and Friday fish frys have been praised. Tater tots are offered as an option here, which is trendy at the moment but are actually pretty good here. Fries are fresh cut and are also very good. I can't review their alcoholic offerings, sorry, but they seem to have a nice,varied rotating selection of craft beers along with the usual Bud Miller Coors junk. The Owl is usually my first choice for dinner when "downtown" in Geneva - I've never left disappointed, and I can't say that about too many places. Give it a try, I bet you'll like it too!

Our waitress Shannon was very friendly the entire time here. We went with poppers to start which were great, hence no photo! Then for our meals we chose the walleye dinner as well as the marinated chicken breast. Both were cooked to perfection and more then enough to fill us up! Will be coming back for their large variety of beers soon!

A bit pricey.

So happy we were able to stop in and try this place before they closed their doors. Awesome Bloody Mary's and loved their Little Owl burger! It was so tasty we did not even need any condiments.

The remodel turned this place from a dark and dingy fish fry populated almost exclusively by biker types and grumpy old men into something aesthetically pleasing. As far as food is concerned this is definitely one of the better places in Geneva, especially after they simplified the previously overloaded menu. Really happy with the improvements and I hope it works out for them.

Best fried pickles and sweet potatoes fries! And OMG the red sauce that comes with fried pickles.... YUMMO! Used to go here with the family all the time as a kid, so many memories! Def, love what they did with the interior decorating.

Too bad today is their last day of business. The food was excellent and while this place was open for lots of years, I only went this one time and thought it would be a great place to re-visit.

Rgular downtown bar, a little bit dark, but nice atmosphere, light music, sports on Tv's and nice people who work there

Decent beer selection and reasonable prices. Food is blah, especially compared to the other options nearby. Check out Geneva Ale House or Nobel house for better food options.

Only had a few drinks and appetizer, but the rest of the menu looked fantastic!

We love the Friday fish fry; the restaurant is cute and the staff is friendly. We'll be back!

Came for what was supposed to be best Fish Fry in weatern suburbs...very dissapointing! Will not come back. Food ok, but better fish elsewhere.

Great fried pickles . My friend and I enjoyed the key lime pie. The pie was not too tart, not too sweet, definitely delicious. The service was very good. We went mid day, and there were not many customers. Looking forward to going back for the fried pickles.
